Mat

We have two mat areas. Mat 1 (The Lab) has a sprung floor ideal for training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu including takedowns. Mat 2 (The Den) is a firmer mat great for training all disciplines including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, striking classes and yoga.

Showers

Showers are available for our members.

Changing rooms

Changing rooms are available for use. 

​

Waiting area

We have a small waiting area for parents. We ask the parents not to wonder around the premises or try to go upstairs, please remain in the reception area. Toilets are available on the ground floor. 

If you have children with you, there is Southend Park approximately 2-3 minutes walking distance via Meadowview Road to help you keep them occupied. Another playground is available in the Dylon Works development nearby approximately 3-4 minutes walk from the club.

Parking

Parking is available on surrounding roads. Please do not park directly outside of the premises as this space is private. Worsley Bridge Road has free parking all along. You may also park for free on Kangley Bridge Road and then walk over the bridge through the Lower Sydenham train station. Another option is Sainsbury's car park nearby which has 3 hours free parking.

There is a bus stop directly outside of the building served by 352 bus.

More bus stops and buses can be found on Southend Road.

The Lower Sydenham train station is less than 5 min walk from us.
